3. Purpose of this website
This website is informational. It describes the services BlackDogs Security offers and publishes the policies of BlackDogs CSIRT.
No goods or services are sold or contracted through it. There are no forms, no user accounts, no login and no payment processing. Every contact route on this site is an email address; a commercial relationship with BlackDogs Security is established through a separately signed contract, never through this website.
4. Terms of use
Access to this website is free and does not require registration. By using it you agree to do so in accordance with the law, this notice and good faith.
You may read, print and share its content for your own information. You may not use it to carry out activity that is unlawful, that harms the rights or interests of third parties, or that damages, disables or impairs the website or prevents its normal use.
Automated access that degrades the service is not permitted. Security research conducted in accordance with our Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Policy is expressly welcome and is addressed in section 8.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, structure, design, graphics, source code and the BlackDogs name and logo — belongs to BlackDogs Security Andorra, S.L. or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of this content without express written authorisation is not permitted, except for the personal use described in section 4 and except where the law allows it, such as quotation with attribution.
6. Liability
BlackDogs Security publishes this website with reasonable care but does not warrant that it will be free of errors or that it will be available without interruption.
The content of this website is general information about our services. It does not constitute technical, legal or security advice for any particular situation, and it does not create any obligation on the part of BlackDogs Security. Advice is given only under a signed engagement.
BlackDogs Security is not liable for decisions taken on the sole basis of the information published here, nor for damage arising from the misuse of this website by third parties.
7. External links
This website links to no third-party services. That is a deliberate design choice, enforced technically: the site ships a restrictive Content Security Policy that permits resources from its own origin only, so no external script, style, image, font or tracker can be loaded from it.
If a third-party link is ever added, it will be to the linked site's own content, and BlackDogs Security will have no control over and accept no responsibility for that content.
8. Security and vulnerability reporting
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting this website or any other system operated by BlackDogs Security, report it to [email protected].
Our Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Policy sets out what is in scope, what research is permitted, the disclosure timeline and the safe harbour available to researchers acting in good faith. Machine-readable contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt in accordance with RFC 9116.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data carried out by BlackDogs Security through this website and through the email addresses published on it is described in our Privacy Policy.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is nothing to consent to and therefore no consent banner.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice and the use of this website are governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website is subject to the courts of the Principality of Andorra, except where a mandatory rule of law provides otherwise, in particular where the other party is a consumer resident elsewhere.
11. Changes and language versions
BlackDogs Security may update this notice to reflect changes in its details, its services or applicable law. The current version is always the one published at https://blackdogs.io/legal, and this one is dated 11 September 2026.
Spanish and Catalan translations are available at /legal/es and /legal/ca. In case of discrepancy between versions, the English version prevails.
